Roll as Planning supervisor and CDM. Total Project Management over lifetime of contract on part or full time basis as necessary.

• Liase with civil construction.
• All "Constructions (Design and Management) Regulations 1994" ((CDM )) documentation including F10, Site file etc.
• CE Marking file
• Design calculations
• Drawings in AutoCAD
• Equipment suppliers information.
• Maintenance and operation instructions
• Recommend spares lists and identification MF1 contract details to be approved before signing of contract.
• Programme on Microsoft Project 98 identifying key stages.
• Procurement – Preparation Tender documents, specifications for approval before placement of orders.
• Progress chasing.
• Attend progress meetings Produce minutes.
• Site H&S role including day to day Method statements Risk assessments etc
• Ensure all site personnel carry out works in accordance with Health and safety at work act 1974.
• Ensure all third parties on site adhere to the above.
• Concept, design, manufacture and installation of capital plant and equipment.
